Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation and must be accompanied by a completed Booking Form. Deposit amounts will vary depending upon the type of trip taken. Deposits are to be by cheque only and payable to Solo Traveller.

Final Payments:
Are due 60 days prior to departure from home city. Your reservation is subject to cancellation if final payment is not received in our office by the due date. Balance can be made by either cheque or credit card, if by credit card we require the Credit Card Authorisation Form together with a copy of your Passport or Drivers Licence.  Documents will be sent out 10-14 days prior to travel.

Cancellation Fee:
These fees vary with each tour. An AUD $50.00 administrative fee will be applied by Solo Traveller.  Cancellations must be in writing. Travel Insurance is highly recommended, should you wish not to take out insurance, we require in writing that you are declining coverage and are aware of the penalties.

Prices:
Are based on a shared occupancy unless otherwise stated.

Guaranteed Share:
Should you wish to share with another single traveller of the same gender there is no need to pay the single supplement. If the tour operator is unable to find a person with whom to share, you will be given a single room by yourself at no additional cost.

Currency Fluctuations:
We reserve the right to pass on any price adjustments due to currency fluctuations.

Passport & Visa requirements:
A valid passport is required for all international travel and must be valid for six months after your return to your home country. Australian passport holders will be advised of any visa requirements.  Non-Australian passport holders will require a re-entry endorsement.

Medical:
Please check with your General Practitioner regarding requirements for countries to be visited.

Guaranteed Departures:
We cannot guarantee that all scheduled tours will depart; every effort will be made to get you on an alternative tour, however, should we not be able to assist, your deposit and final payment will be refunded.

Special Requests:
Should you require any special meals, seating etc, please advise at the time of booking.

Pre/post Tour Hotels:
Should you have to spend additional nights pre/post tour, the single supplement will have to be paid.

Responsibilities:
Solo Traveller (herewith called the company) accepts bookings subject to the following conditions.

• Solo Traveller acts as a co-ordinator for all persons taking the tour in the making of all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. Solo Traveller does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services.  All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and all services are subject to the laws of the country where the services are provided.
• The company only acts as an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or other relative travel services provided and assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to baggage property or for injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss or damage to person or property delays, transport failures, wars and uprisings or acts of god etc; over which we have no control.  Clients are strongly advised to insure for the full duration of their travel arrangements in respect of illness, injury, death, baggage and personal effects.
• While the company will endeavour to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice where deemed necessary or advisable by the company. No refund will be made for any unused services which are included in the tour price.
  
• All matters arising to the services provided by the company but not in respect of other things are governed by the law of the State ofVictoria.
